Crescent Beach Vacation Retreat

This property was purchased as a vacation retreat for a couple with grown children and teenage grandchildren. In a newly built complex south of St. Augustine, Florida, with incredible views of the marsh and the Intracoastal Waterway, the condo had travertine flooring but otherwise uninspired builder grade finishes. What began as a color consultation ended up becoming a full makeover with new countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, new backslashes, contemporary lighting and fans, and a sleek, sophisticated interior.
